[VintageLambo] Re: Espada Master Cylinder

Body of Message

My Espada is a Series 1 and I replaced the clutch master cylinder about 2 years ago. I only had to remove a small section of the dash to gain acess to the assembly. No proplem except getting brake fluid on a portion of the dash which I had to refinish. Maybe I should have drained all the fluid prior?? Removal was from the inside of the car, as I recall, except for disconnecting the shaft in the pedal box. MAKE SURE you don"t cross thread the fittings when putting in the new cylinder(s). Not very hard to have this happen so just be careful! Not a bad job! Does it, as I suspect, involve removing the dash, or do they come out into the engine bay through the pedal box aperture ? I know I"m going to enjoy the process, whatever. > > Thanks in advance. > > Giles Amos, London, 72 Espada Your use of Yahoo! Groups is subject to
