Body of Message

Hi Darren, I quit smoking over 20 years ago (and damn glad I did). I ordered the emergency brake handle for my 400 on August 9, 2003. The actual charge was made on my Visa account ($93.00) on August 10th. That figure included the cost of the item and shipping/handling fees. The charge was made by Lambolist.com, Caulfield, NTH and the AUD exchange rate posted on the Visa bill is 1.50293. My personal information is as follows: John P. Riddell Jr. 3126 Fair Acres Lane Spring Valley, CA 91978 Phone:619-669-3838 Sorry, I don"t have any number from the website. I am pleased that you are straightening out this mess. Best Regards and wishes, Jack ----- Original Message ----- From: The Boy From Oz To: Lamborghini List ; Vintage Lambo Sent: Monday, September 08, 2003 8:07 PM Subject: [VintageLambo] Lambolist Firstly I would like to thank everyone for their messages of support and good wishes. Nobody lives forever but if any of you are smokers STOP NOW. I have received 800+ emails from you all and simply cannot go through them all and sort out what is what so my lawyer has given me instructions about what to do. This will be the last email I post and the last time I use the internet so those who want to run me down can now feel free to do so as I wont be here to defend myself. Should you be one of the people who is owed a refund by Lambolist, please send me a letter with the following information: 1. Date of purchase. 2. Your name and postal address. 3. Items purchased in detail. 4. Amount charged to your card in United States dollars. 5. Amount of purchase in Australian dollars. 6. Website generated order number if you have it (five digits starting with 5). I need the amount in Aus$ to compare with website records but will be refunding in US$ so you don"t lose the exchange rate conversion. Those of you who still need parts please contact The Italian Job Automotive as I am unable to supply. Also, if anyone is a member of the Maserati and Ferrari lists can you please post this message on my behalf. Some of you may already have contacted your financial institution to reverse the transactions. This is fine. If I do not hear from you I will assume that this is what you are doing to get your refund. Thanks to all those who supported the website while it was going and I wish everyone well with their life, family and cars. Darren Mitchell 1/3 Golf Road, Oakleigh Victoria 3166 Australia ! .
