Hi Darren, I quit smoking over 20 years ago (and damn glad I did). I ordered the emergency brake handle for my 400 on August 9, 2003. The actual charge was made on my Visa account ($93.00) on August 10th. That figure included the cost of the item and shipping/handling fees. The charge was made by Lambolist.com, Caulfield, NTH and the AUD exchange rate posted on the Visa bill is 1.50293. My personal information is as follows: John P.
