| Ooops. The coil in my Countach is doing that lovely heat cycle failure thing. Cold, runs fine. Drive 2 hours and you MIGHT get a burp, shut it down for less than 30 mins or so and it may not fire, or if it does, will probably die immediately. Let it cool a bit longer and it will start again. I ran it for a good long ride last night and after getting that failure mode, hit it with a freeze spray and it lit right up. NOW....where the hell do you find a 4 valve Marelli coil?? GT is out of them and has been for a good long while. Also, attached is a photo of the knock-off tool set that Stainless Steel Brakes will sell you for 360.00 US. Got mine today....at least its an attractive red bag! Thanks gents, David Kean ! . |
