Chassis Number 7198 is this Swiss market Argento car with Naturale Leather interior, currently believed to be residing in Denmark, originally in Switzerland .

It is fitted with engine number 2997.

Only 2 Owners from new, fully restored to the highest standards, all mechanics done at Lamborghini factory. Stainless exhaust system, full history well known, lots of restoration documents including pictures of bare metal body. Swiss registration, very rare Series 1 cars with the honeycomb dashboard inspired from the Marzal prototype. The original Air conditioning with 3 cooling units is the only one we know in perfect working condition and a Series 3 power steering has been fitted.

The car was sold new in Switzerland in April 1969 to Mr. Pont who was a successful Swiss baker.
The car was painted red after a complete restoration in 2001 and has tan/champagne interior which should be original according to the 2nd owner.

Mr. Dupont sold the car to Mr. Bournet who is also a resident of Switzerland. I am not aware of exactly when they traded the car but at some time in the 90’s Mr. Bournet decided it was time for a body restoration, and it was needed. Especially around the front wheel arches, the inner sills and at the bottom of the doors, new fresh metal was needed. The rest of the car was neat without visible rust. The body restoration was carried out by Garage A. Baumgartner and below you can find a selection of photos from the bodywork restoration.
